Senate EPW Committee passes draft 2016 WRDA bill

The US Senate Energy and Public Works Committee has passed a draft 2016 Water Resources and Development Act (WRDA). WRDA is the bill that authorizes projects and modifies policies relating to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
